We’re based in the Murcia–Alicante–Cartagena area and specialize in the Costa Blanca and southeastern Spain, but we produce events anywhere in the country and collaborate on international projects.
Yes.
We coordinate conferences and conventions of all sizes: production, logistics, technical coordination, vendor management, and full on-site supervision. You focus on your content—we make sure everything happens exactly when it should.
Yes. We maintain a trusted network of venues, caterers, AV companies, and staffing agencies across Murcia, Alicante, and beyond. We select and manage every service so the event works as one seamless whole.
Of course. If your team has already planned part of the project, we can step in to coordinate setup, timing, and production on event day. We also offer full-service planning from the initial concept.
We start with a video call to understand your brand, goals, and message. From there, we develop the creative concept, send you a detailed proposal and production plan, and keep you updated at every milestone. You only need to fly in for the event itself—although we love it when clients visit for a venue tour (and a proper Spanish lunch).
For conferences and large corporate events, we recommend 3 to 6 months. That said, we’ve delivered projects on much tighter timelines when needed.
